Feb. 9: Silent Auction Set Up: 10 a.m.-Noon at Stock's Manor
3-4 volunteers to set up silent auction, put centerpieces out, get room arranged, etc… We could use students here if any seniors don’t have class.

Feb. 9: 3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - final setup at Stock's Manor
2-3 volunteers for final set up and getting food vendors, DJ, and Monte Carlo folks situated.

Feb. 9: 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. - registration at Stock's Manor
4 volunteers to do check-in and get everyone their Monte Carlo Money. We could potentially use students here as long as they are not the ones directly dealing with the Monte Carlo stuff.

Feb. 9: 7 p.m.-8 p.m. - 1 Volunteer at Monte Carlo Cash Out table

Feb. 9: 8 p.m.-9 p.m. - 2 volunteers at Monte Carlo Cash Out table

Feb. 9: 9-10 p.m.: 3 volunteers at Monte Carlo Cash Out table

Feb. 9: 9:15 p.m.: 4 volunteers to cash out Silent Auction winners

Feb. 9: 9:30 p.m. - Volunteer to pull Monte Carlo raffle winners

9:30-10:30 p.m.: 6 volunteers for clean-up
