Volunteers will be directing guests to seats and also ensuring that all foot traffic halts during each band's performance.
NO CLEARANCES are required for this team.
Participants will greet visitors and handle the exchange of ticket sales for entrance and programs. Due to contained space, it would not be recommended for small children to be with adult while serving in this role.
Clearances ARE REQUIRED for this team. This position is family-friendly in the event a volunteer needs to bring a small child with them while serving.
The CHAIR would help create posters and signage for station.
They, along with the volunteer, would collect monetary votes for visitor's favorite band. The winner will be announced at the end of the competition.

Kid-friendly service area for volunteers with younger children.
Cassie Sensenig is temporarily serving as chair for this team until another parent expresses interest in serving in this role. As chair, the super-volunteer will help coordinate candy donations along with organizing the set up of candy.
Volunteers on this team assist visitors in purchasing candy for their favorite marching band member(s), ensuring all candy is placed in appropriate containers for participants.
Clearances ARE REQUIRED for this team.
Cassie Sensenig is TEAM LEAD - any questions should be directed to her.
This team will help serve all visitors refreshments, including soups, hot-dogs, drinks, and other snacks.
Hats must be worn or hair nets will be provided.
Food handlers will be provided with gloves to use during prep and serving.
Clearances are NOT required for this team.

Volunteers will serve entire invitational.
Student volunteers will be assisting the owner of the milkshake truck during the event. There will be two shifts available.

This volunteer monitors the trophy table throughout the competition and assists with coordinating seniors to present trophies at the end of the competition.

Team members MUST BE MEDICALLY CERTIFIED by PA Licensing Board.
Team members serve at 1st Aid Tent throughout competition, attending to needs of guests when necessary.

This individual assists with all teams, ensuring each team leader has what is needed for the day's event.
This individual also communicates with the Cavalcade judges and ensures their needs are met throughout the competition.
Check-in all volunteers for the day and provide them with their ID badges, meal vouchers, maps, and other information.
Help keep the stadium seats clean by collecting trash intermittently throughout the show!

Welcome visiting bands as they unload at the Middle School. Provide Band Director of visiting school with their packet and introduce them to their BAND GREETER for the evening.
