2025 Tabling 

We have booked a large cottage for the group to stay in. We are looking for meals to be dropped off or an invitation to your home for the quartet. Likely, there will be one child and one grandparent as well.

Six young men coming from London. We are in need of six rooms for either one or two nights. They need their own bedroom and bathroom. (Will share a bathroom with fellow musician)

We are in need of four rooms for either one or two nights. They need their own bedroom and bathroom. (Will share a bathroom with fellow musician)

Five dancers, five musicians, and a production assistant are coming in from Spain. They are excited to be spending time in the country before starting their two-week residency in NYC. We are in need of nine rooms for either one or two nights. They need their own bedroom and bathroom. (Will share a bathroom with fellow musician). There are two couples who can share a room.

We are contractually in need of three rooms, but likely they will not use them as they are from NYC and will probably head home.

No housing needed. 15 people will be in the Playhouse all day. If anyone is interested in providing homecooked meals for the starving artists, please sign up below.

Einav will be arriving Saturday night, performing mainstage on Sunday, and a house concert on Monday. She will be staying with Carl and Emi as she needs access to a piano. If anyone wants to invite her over for a meal, please coordinate with Carl.
